Gil Kane Ö 3 review review Blackmark 103 And brutal regime a tale of righteous vengeance against a background of political intrigue and rampant injusti In terms of story this is not my sort of thing John Cartersword and sorcery ish but any chance to see Gil Kane s art self inked is not to be passed up Also noteworthy as a fairly early attempt to weld graphics to non word balloon prose and as a creator owned project

Gil Kane Ö 3 review review Blackmark 103 Set in an anarchic post apocalyptic world racked by lawlessness and bloodshed Blackmark in the tradition of suc I read this simply for its historical value I must say that I was pleasantly surprised First off I uite liked the composition The narrations reminds me of Prince Valiant or Miyazaki s People of the Desert but a bit developed The story was horrifically cheesy but it knows it This is a pulp fiction and it reads like one I must admit it felt a bit like a guilty pleasure and I enjoyed it uite a bit
